Entrance by stairs to the hall with clothes hangers. Kitchen with dining table for 4 persons, electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, Tchibo capsule coffee machine, basic kitchen equipment and dishwasher. Living room with armchairs, coffee table, LED TV, radio, DVD player, board games, fireplace and extra bed. In the attic, a bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables and access to a balcony with a sofa. Second bedroom with double bed and single bed. Bathroom on the ground floor with shower, sink and toilet. Heating the building through a heat pump. Partially fenced plot with fireplace, grill, swing for children and wooden garden furniture. Parking for 2 cars in front of the cottage.

Location suitable for lovers of water sports, cycling and fishing. The UNESCO-listed city of Český Krumlov, Minizoo Černá v Pošumaví 3 km, Dobrá voda lookout tower 7 km, Šumava National Park approx. 10 km and Lake Lipno with a variety of activities for both children and adults.
