Newly built holiday cottage in 2025, very cleanly furnished, with a terrace with a beautiful view of the nearby Lipno, whose nearest sandy beach is only 300 m from the accommodation. Living room with dining table, sofa (double bed), TV, access to the terrace and kitchenette with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and kettle. First bedroom with bunk bed (one and a half bed, width 120 cm + single bed), and single bed. The bedroom has a soundproof door, so it is suitable for children. Second bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Plenty of storage space in the hallway. Heating with electric heaters. Guests have a terrace with garden seating overlooking the dam. After agreement with the landlord, the possibility of using the swimming pool (free) and sauna 1,500 CZK/3 hours on the neighboring property. Parking in front of the house for 2 vehicles.

Less than 300 meters from the famous Lipno Dam, in Černá v Pošumaví, in the Šumava protected landscape area, 11 km from Frymburk, 8 km southeast of Horní Planá and 21 km southwest of Český Krumlov. The house is located in a very quiet part of the village and has a beautiful view of the nearby Lipno and the surrounding nature directly from the living room. The place is absolutely ideal for a summer holiday by the water. The Lipno Dam offers a wealth of entertainment - sandy beaches, an extensive network of cycle paths, playgrounds, beach bars, wellness centers, restaurants, boat rentals, cruises on the dam or trips to nature. If you like to discover interesting sights, we can recommend, for example, the Treetop Walk (20 km), the monastery in Vyšší Brod (30 km), Rožmberk Castle (28 km) or the renowned historical town of Český Krumlov with its castle, chateau and chateau garden (21 km).
