Free standing cottage, surrounded by a grown greenery, comfortable and cozyly furnished. Entrance from the terrace into a hallway, living room with sofa for 6 persons, TV, radio/CD player, fireplace, a dining table for 6 persons and an access to a covered balcony. Open kitchen with electric cooker (four hobs), fridge, kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Steep stairs to the attic, where there are three bedrooms. The first bedroom with two single beds and an access to the second bedroom with another two single beds and the third bedroom with double bed and a baby bed. Heated by a wood fireplace and electric heaters. The house stands on a large fenced land, there is a garden furniture and a garden grill to disposal. Parking in the fenced garden.

Baby cot at disposal. One dog is allowed. On the spot shall be paid the consumption of electricity and wood (CZK 50,-/box). The cottage is suitable for up to 6 persons + 1 baby.

In central Bohemia, in a picturesque village of Racice nad Berounkou, about 22 km northwest of the town Beroun, 26 km southeast of the town Rakovnik and only 50 km from the capital city of Prague. The house stands on a slope near the river Berounka, overlooking the greenary and hills behind the river. Surroundings - protected natural area of Krivoklatske forests – is ideal for swimming, hiking, biking (80 km of marked cycling paths) and visiting many different sights. Approximately 200 m from the house there is a small railway station, you can easily travel by train even with bicycles (the railway line goes nearby the garden). Among the many attractions in the sourrounding lets mention for example the castles Krivoklat 10 km, Karlstejn 38 km, Tocnik 18 km, the ruins Zebrak 18 km, the chateau Lany 24 km, the cave Konepruske 29 km or the possibility of making sight trips to the capital city of Prague 50 km.
Distances: Basic food and restaurant (local) 500 m, supermarket and other restaurants (Beroun) 22 km. Outside swimming pool, indoor pool and sauna (Beroun) 22 km and (Rakovnik) 26 km. Horse riding (local) 500 m. Tennis (Krivoklat) 10 km. Boat rental and swimming in the river Berounka 500 m. You can also do fishing here (with permit). Forest 200 m.
