Detached cottage, in 2011 new built, very nicely and comfortably furnished. Entrance, hallway, spacious living room with seating group, dining table for 5 persons, wood stove, satellite TV and entrance to a terrace. Modern, open kitchen with electric cooker with ceramic hob and hot air oven, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker and microwave. Bathroom with shower and toilet. From the living room lead ladder stairs into the attic, where there are two bedrooms accessible over a reclining cover over the staircase (pay attention to the small children!!!). The first bedroom with a double bed and the other bedroom with two beds (one bed with other sliding bed). In the basement, there is a spacious gym, which is used as the third bedroom with two single bed. Electric heating. The garden is fenced, there is garden furniture and portable garden grill at disposal. Own parking.

Pets allowed. The cottage is equipped with air-conditioning. WiFi internet connection available. The electricity consumption over 25 kWh per weeek shall be paid on the spot. The cottage is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and one child up to 12 years old!

In Jizera mountains, on the edge of a small recreational settlement Fojtka, about 8 km north of the town Liberec and about 20 km from the border crossing with Germany Hradek nad Nisou. The cottage is situated in the attitude of about 760 m above the sea level, almost at the end of a blind street, on a slope, near forest and water reservoir with the possibility of swimming. The unique protected landscape area „Cesky raj“ (the Bohemian Paradise) is only 35 km away. The surrounding offers ideal conditions for hiking and cycling, swimming, fishing, wandering on the mountain tops or making various trips. The lookout tower on the top of the mountain Jested (1012 m above sea level) 10 km, chateau Lemberk 23 km, chateau Frydlant 14 km, spa Libverda 18 km, chateau Sychrov 28 km, chateau Hruby Rohozec 30 km, chateau Frydstejn 28 km, the capital city Prague 100 km and many other interesting places like chateau Hruba Skala and Humprecht, ruin Trosky and castle Valdstejn.
