Detached cottage on its own unfenced property, newly built in 2020 and very nicely decorated. Entrance, hallway, spacious living room with open kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, kitchenware and dishwasher. Dining table for 8 people. The living room has a modern seating group for 6 people and an LCD TV. The stove dominates the room and is visible from all corners of the room. Separate toilet. Upstairs there are 2 identical bedrooms, each with a double bed and a smaller double bed, accessible via a staircase. Bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet. Electric floor heating. You have garden furniture and a portable grill in the back of the garden with a view of the hills. Parking by the cottage for 2 cars.

In the north of Bohemia, 11 km east of Liberec and 11 km north of Jablonec nad Nisou. The house is located in the heart of Bedřichov, an ideal starting point for hiking and skiing in winter. The area is known for the annual cross-country race "Jizera Fifty", which is about 50 km long and runs over the mountain peaks of Jizera. In winter you can enjoy endless cross-country skiing or take part in the aforementioned Jizera Fifty and go skiing 600 m away. A short walk (2 km) takes you to the Královka stone lookout tower, which offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, Germany and Poland. In the summer months you can visit the natural swimming pool, the Bedřichov reservoir (4 km). In Liberec, 11 km away, you can visit the castle, the zoo, the aquapark or the DinoPark. With children, you can also go to the Bedřichov rope park (950 m) or the natural hiking trail that leads to the Královka lookout tower.
