Modern kitchen with dining area, fireplace and kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with integrated freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchenware and dishwasher. Living room with seating group, LCD TV and radio. The first bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, from which there is access to the second bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, sink and toilet. Heating of the cottage with a fireplace and underfloor heating. Guests have at their disposal a large completely fenced garden with outdoor seating with parasol and barbecue, an above-ground pool, a swing and a trampoline. Newly also a sauna and a hot tub (CZK 1500/day). Private parking is possible at the property.

In south Bohemia, on the outskirts of the picturesque village Velky Ratmirov, about 6 km northwest of the town Jindrichuv Hradec. Cottage stands on a large, fenced land and offers a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside, forests and meadows. An ideal place for a quiet family holiday. The area offers excellent conditions for swimming, fishing, hiking and cycling, berries picking or visiting sights and attractions, many of them are located in the surrounding. Town Jindrichuv Hradec with a chateau 6 km, chateau Cervena Lhota 13 km, Zirovnice 19 km, Kamenice nad Lipou 27 km and Dacice 26 km, the spa town of Trebon with a chateau 25 km, the ruins of the castle Landstejn 37 km.
