Free-standing, nicely furnished, cottage. Entrance, hall with sitting area and fireplace, living room with dining table and TV. Kitchen with electric stove (4 hotplates), refrigerator with freezer, toaster, microwave and kettle. Bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. There are two bedrooms in the building. First bedroom with two double beds. Second bedroom with one double bed and two single beds. The building is heated by central heating on wood and electric heaters. The cottage stands on its own unoccupied grounds. There is a seating area and a grill in the garden. It is possible to use a garage for 3 cars, or for ski and bicycle storage. Parking is possible right in front of the cottage.

In North Moravia, in the village of Malá Morávka, near the highest point of Moravia and Silesia, near mountain Praděd (1491 m), about 19 km north from Bruntál. The cottage is situated in a valley on a slope, near the forest and near the creek at an altitude of about 700 m. The area offers great opportunities for lovers of hiking and cycling. You can take various excursions to the beauties of nature and then relax from the daily hustle and bustle in the nearby spa in Karlova Studánka. Active sportsmen will find in the vicinity of the cottage, in the summer season, scooters to Praděd, buggies, trampolines, bouncy castle, climbing walls, beach volleyball and paintball.
Distances: Basic food (Malá Morávka) 2 km, supermarket (Karlova Studánka) 6 km. The restaurant is 263 m (on foot), there is also a cafe and a wine bar.
