Detached cottage, simply furnished, with balcony and partially sunken swimming pool. Entry from the lower ground floor, entrance room with sofa (extra bed for 2 persons) and a fireplace. Bathroom with bathtub and sink, separate toilet. On the first floor there is living room with large sofa (extensible to extra double bed), LCD TV, fireplace, access to the balcony, and a simple kitchenette. Kitchenette with electric cooker, microwave with baking function, kettle and kitchenware. Attic (accessible by steep stairs) with a double bed and a single bed. Heating of the house by a fireplace. There is a partially fenced garden with a sunken swimming pool and a pergola with a brick fireplace. Parking by the house for 1 vehicle (other vehicles about 50 m from the cottage).

In the Olomouc Region, in the middle of the Sovinecko Nature Park in Nízký Jeseník, 16 km from the town of Šternberk and 36 km north of Olomouc. The cottage is located in a quiet cottage area on the outskirts of the village Karlov, which is thanks to its location suitable starting point for many trips. The entire Sovinecko Park is interwoven with many cycling and hiking trails, making virtually all sights in the area easily accessible by bike. We recommend visiting the fascinating Sovinec Castle (3.5 km on foot), the town of Šternberk (16 km) with the castle, the Cathedral of the Annunciation, the monastery and the historic center, Rešov Waterfalls (25 km), the town of Olomouc (36 km) and multiple chateaus in the area. You can take a day trip to the town of Litovel (23 km), which is thanks to dozens of bridges and footbridges also known as "Moravian Venice" and it is part of the conservation area Litovelské Pomoraví. You can find here the town hall with a lookout tower, museums, churches and chapels, the remains of medieval walls or the third oldest stone bridge in the Czech Republic.
