Detached cottage with inground pool, covered terrace and spacious garden. Living room with sofa, coffee table, fireplace, TV and dining area. Kitchen with electric stove, microwave oven, kettle, basic cooking equipment, fridge with freezer and table for three people. Modern bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs there are a total of three bedrooms. First bedroom with double bed, 2 x single beds and access to the balcony. Second walk-through bedroom with double bed and third with double bed and armchair. The building is heated by electric boiler and fireplace stove. Unfenced garden with covered terrace and sunken pool. On-site parking for three cars.

In northern Moravia, on the edge of the small village of Podlesí near Světlá Hora, 13 km northwest of Bruntál, 24 km north of Rýmařov and 35 km west of Krnov. The cottage is located in the Jeseníky Protected Area and its location offers a quiet place to relax surrounded by nature. Ideal conditions for walking and cycling. You can go on a trip, for example, to Karlova studánka 8 km, the lookout tower and Praděd mountain, where you can rent buggies or scooters. Other tourist destinations can be, for example, Holčovice Zoo 22 km, Freudenštejn Castle ruins 12 km, Bruntál Castle 13 km or Slezská Harta water reservoir, where you can fish (with a permit) 31 km.
Distances: Basic groceries, pub, post office and bus (Světlá Hora) 4 km, restaurant (Andělská Hora) 5.5 km, swimming pool complex and wellness (Karlova Studánka) 8 km, supermarket, info center and all civic amenities (Bruntál) 13 km.
