In 2010 renovated wooden cottage type "two under one roof”, very nicely and comfortably furnished. You occupy the apartment on the first floor, downstairs is not occupied. Entrance, hallway, staircase to upper floor. Living room with sofa, sat-TV, fireplace and dining table for 6 persons. Open kitchen with electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Two bedrooms - one with double bed and seconed one with one double bed and two extra beds. Heated by fireplace with a distribution into the other rooms. The house stands on own fenced land, there is garden furniture and a fireplace to disposal. Parking by the building.

Note on accommodation

One dog allowed for fee EUR 25,-/week. Bedlinen at disposal. Consumption of wood (EUR 40,-/cbm) and final cleaning (EUR 45,-) shall be paid on the spot. The cottage is suitable for max. 4/6 persons.

At the foot of the Giant mountains, almost secluded (in the neighbourhood only are about 3 other houses), near the forest, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The house is situated near the village Výšinka, about 8 km north from the town Dvur Kralove nad Labem, and only about 29 km from the border with Poland. Beautiful view of the surroundings, woods and meadows. Ideal for a quiet holiday in the arms of nature. The area is suitable for walking, cycling and making many of various historical and cultural sights – castle Pecka 25 km, chateau Kuks 12 km, Ratiborice 19 km, Nove Mesto nad Metuji 33 km and Nachod 30 km. At a distance of only 10 km away is a famous Zoo - a safari in Dvur Kralove.
Distances: Basic food (Kocbere and Hranice) both 3 km, supermarket and outside swimming (Dvur Kralove nad Labem) 8 km, restaurant 300 m. Indoor swimming pool and sauna (Trutnov) 10 km, golf courte (Mlade Buky) 19 km, horse riding ( Hajnice) 3 km. Swimming and doing water sports in the recreational pond 14 km or in the water dam Rozkos 23 km. Fishing (permit required) in the river Labe 10 km. The forest 100 m.
