Unique location of the property which stands in the second protected zone of national park Giant Mountains where it is forbidden to enter and not only for motor vehicles but also except footpathes. You are here alone, in the midle of nature, hills, meadows and forests.

Description of accommodation

Free standing house, partly reconstructed in 2002, simply arranged. You live here in the middle of nature in older house, that´s why You can´t expect luxury. Entrance through the terrace, hall, living room with sitting suit 3+1+1, dining table and TV with satellite. Bedroom with two double beds. Bathroom with shower and WC. Upstairs two bedrooms – each with double bed and bunk bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and WC. In basement simple kitchen, fridge, electric cooker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Dining table. House stands on mountain meadow with enough place for children. Simple garden furniture. Electric heating.

Note on accommodation

Cot on request. One pet allowed for a fee € 18,-/pet/week. The consumption of electricity over 70 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. The owner of the property has special permission for entering the area by car. That´s why he picks up the guests in advance on the arranged spot in Pec pod Snezkou where guests park their car. The landlord takes the guests to the property by his own car. This service is for free. If You wish to go shopping or for a trip, You can go on foot or arrange it with the landlord. He can drop You and take You back for some fee. In winter clients park their car in Pec pod Snezkou a and take snow-taxis to drive them to the property.

In heart of Giant Mountains, completaly in the wilderness, ca 3 km west of Pec pod Snezkou. Unique location of the property which stands in the second protected zone of national park Giant Mountains where it is forbidden to enter and not only for motor vehicles but also except footpathes! This house stands except footpath. You are here alone, in the midle of nature, hills, meadows and forests. If You want to relax out of civilization and stress, this house is ideal for You. You can go for dinner or lunch to near hotel ca 200 m. Sauna and bike renting possible here. All other like shops, restaurants, open-air pool, tennis, golf, horse riding and other 3-20 km. Chair - lift to Hnědý Vrch is ca 200 m from the property (in operation also in summer).
Winter info: Chair-lift to Hnědý Vrch ca 200 m from the property. Ski-centre Pec pod Sněžkou with 4-chair-lift, 9 ski-lifts, which offers 9 km of slopes of different difficulties is the largest in the whole area. The area is popular most for families with children, because there’s possible to choose both training slopes and hard slopes. For evening-skiing are prepared 3 ski-lifts with artificial lighting – slope Javor is the longest and best artificially lighted slope in the Czech Republic. For snowboard-lovers is there large funpark at disposal. For ski-runners is ideal Krkonošská magistrála (Krkonoše expressway).
