Fully equipped kitchen: Dishwasher, oven, microwave - everything you need to prepare great meals. Living room with TV and Netflix. Capacity for 7 people: Three cozy bedrooms upstairs (3+2+2). Hall with dryer for 6 pairs of ski boots. Bathroom with washing machine and toilet upstairs. Heating of the property with gas. Spacious terrace with outdoor seating: Ideal for barbecues, afternoon sitting or romantic dinners under the stars. Shared swimming pool and playground on the premises. Parking right next to the cottage for 2 cars.

Pets on request and only small breeds (100 CZK/pet/night). Bed linen is included, towels are not provided, the landlord does not live in the property. Wi-Fi is included in the price, as well as all energy consumption! Baby cot and chair available on request. A tourist tax of 30 CZK per adult per night is collected on site upon arrival. A refundable deposit of 2,000 CZK is paid on site upon arrival. The property is suitable for 7 people.

This place is an ideal retreat for an active holiday, surrounded by numerous hiking trails and cycling paths. Many attractions await you in the vicinity, such as the Treetop Trail with a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape (7 km), Vrchlabí Chateau (9 km), Farmapark Muchomůrka (13 km), the cable car to Černá Hora (approx. 8 km), Safari Park Dvůr Králové (30 km) or Adršpach Rocks (45 km). In winter, you can enjoy skiing in the Černá Hora Ski Resort (3 km) or in Černý Důl - Hofmanky (10 km).
