Detached holiday home, built in 2015, tastefully and comfortably furnished. Entrance through French doors with a terrace, open kitchen with dining room, fireplace, electric cooker with ceramic hob, built-in fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and kettle. Table and chairs for 8 persons, that can be taken out onto the terrace (see photo). Then there is a storage space and a shoe rack in the vestibule and entrance to the utility room with a toilet and shower. Wooden staircase leads you to the first floor with a living room with a seating area, TV and access to a balcony with a sitting area, bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, entrances to two bedrooms and a loft ladder to the gallery with a third bedroom. The first bedroom has a double bed, an armchair and access to the balcony, the second bedroom has one double bed. The third bedroom on the gallery is more like some extra beds (mattresses on the floor) for up to 6 people. Heating with the fireplace and electric heaters. Available a heat pump (heats in winter, cools in summer) and underfloor heating in the ground floor and bathroom. The cottage stands on its own plot with a completely fenced garden. There is outdoor plastic furniture, chairs, umbrella, grill and fire pit with seating at your disposal any time. Parking in front of the building (only for cars with 4x4), or about 50 m from the cottage.

The position of the holiday home offers spectacular views of the valley with the castle Vranov on the horizon and the surrounding forests and meadows. This is an absolutely perfect place for a quiet holiday and at the same time it invites you to visit the many attractions in the nearby surroundings. These include Vranov with sightseeing boat trips 300 m, Swedish trench (1 km), castle Vranov (2 km), castle Hardegg (7 km), Cornštejn castle (8 km), castle Frejštejn (10 km) , caslte Bitov (10 km), Dešov (13 km), castle Police u Jemnice (16 km), castle Znojmo (18 km), Znojmo town (19 km) and many others.
Distances: Basic groceries and supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and all tourist facilities (Vranov) 1 km, perfect conditions for swimming, fishing (with permit) and water sports on the dam Vranov and the river Dyje (Thaya) about 300-500 m.
