Detached two-storey cottage on its own unfenced property. Entrance, living room with dining table for 5 people, sofa and multifunctional gaming table. Kitchen with gas stove, mini electric oven, hot air baking pan, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and tableware. There is a cellar behind the kitchen where the temperature even in the summer does not exceed 15 °C. It is ideal for storing food and drinks. In the attic, the main spacious bedroom with three single beds and a TV with DVD. From the bedroom you will get to the second smaller bedroom and the terrace. Second bedroom with two single beds. Terrace with seating area and view of the greenery. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Heating of the cottage by electric heaters. Guests can use sitting area in the garden with a grill. Parking by the cottage for 2 cars.

In South Moravia, near the water reservoir Nové Mlýny (100 m from the cottage), on the edge of the Pálava conservation area, 15 km north of Mikulov and 9 km west of Hustopeče. The cottage is situated on its own plot, surrounded by greenery providing shade, ideal for hot summer days. In the vicinity there are many interesting trip destinations, one of the most important is surely the Lednice-Valtice area (20 km), which is registered in the UNESCO list. After seeing local sights, we recommend visiting the local famous restaurant "U Tlustých", one of the best rated restaurants from show "Ano, šéfe!" with Zdeněk Pohlreich (reservation is necessary in advance). Other beautiful castles include Mikulov (16 km), Valtice (28 km) and Břeclav (40 km). If you have children, you should not forget the Aqualand Moravia water world (14 km), where you will have a lot of fun. The whole area is renowned not only for its famous vineyards and a huge number of wine cellars (a wide selection of wine tasting options right below the cottage), but also as a paradise for cyclists thanks to the flat terrain with interesting cycling and hiking trails. For passionate fishermen there is the possibility of catching fish 300 m from the cottage (with permit).
