Free standing, nicely equipped cottage. Entrance, hall (with fridge and freezer), living room with dining table, couch, fire place, sat-TV and access to the terrace. Kitchen with electric oven with hot air oven and ceramic hob, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with bath, separate WC. Bedroom with one double bed. Upstairs there are three bedrooms - the first bedroom with one double bed and access to the balcony. The second via-bedroom with a single bed. And the third bedroom with a double bed and access to the balcony. Heating with heat pump and fire stove. Non-fenced garden, garden furniture, parasol, mobile grill and fire place available. Garage and own parking-site.

Cottage stands on the hill, on the shore of small river, in the heart of national park Cesko-Saske Svycarsko which is known for its rocks, Pravcicka gate and bike routes. View of small river, green, meadow and forest. Calm place in favourite locality known for its cottages where famous actors come for recreation. Basic foodstuff and , supermarket (Česká Kamenice) 6 km, restaurants in range of 500 m - 1,5 km. Open-air pool (Jánská) 3 km, in-door pool – aqua park and sauna 13 km, tennis in village 1 km, horse riding (Všemily) 2 km, boat renting (Hřensko) 15 km. Fishing (with permission) next to property - trout water and Oleska pond 4 km.
