Detached cottage with a terrace, private garden and stylishly renovated interior in 2019. Living room with seating group for 4 persons (sofa as 1 extra bed), kitchen, dining table for 4 persons, a single bed, LCD satellite TV and tiled fireplace. Kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, tableware and a dishwasher. Separate shower and separate toilet with sink. In the attic there is first bedroom with two single beds, from where you will get to the second bedroom with a double bed and a cot. The building is heated by a tiled fireplace. Guests can sit on the terrace or behind the house by the fireplace. Children can use the swing and a sandpit. Parking for 3 vehicles at the property.

In a cottage area in South Bohemia, near the river Malše and the village Římov, about 15 km south of České Budějovice. The cottage is situated in a quiet place surrounded by greenery, ideal for relaxing in nature. The area is suitable for relaxation, mushroom picking, hiking and cycling. In the vicinity you will find a pilgrimage complex with the Loreto Chapel, the Baroque Church of the Holy Spirit and the Way of the Cross with 25 stops. Other sights include the monastery in Zlatá Koruna (13 km), the historic town of Český Krumlov with its castle (16 km), the unique Church of the Holy Trinity near Trhové Sviny (19 km) and the ruins of Dívčí kámen Castle (21 km).
