A semi-secluded, cosily furnished cabin surrounded by a large well-groomed garden with mature fruit trees and lots of play equipment is available for couples or families with children who appreciate peace and privacy in connection with nature.
Entrance, spacious and bright living room with a sofa, seating on rattan chairs at a round table and kitchenette equipped with a hob, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher and large fridge with freezer. Separate toilet with basin. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed, a children's room with a bunk bed for two children under 15 years of age and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, basin and washing machine. On cold days you may want to use firestove to heat the ground floor.
The living room opens through double-leaf balcony doors to the outdoor area behind the cottage with a sheltered seating area. Guests have access to the fenced garden with an outdoor shower, a deck chair, a pair of hammocks for relaxation and a firepit with a grill. Children can enjoy themselves on a trampoline, sandpit, swings, parallel bars etc. There is plenty of parking space on the property behind a lockable gate. Pets allowed (small/medium breed) for an extra fee of CZK 500/stay. Wi-Fi connection available. Electricity consumption up to 50 kWh included in the price. Refundable deposit CZK 3000. In South Bohemia, in the recreational area "pod Babou" on the edge of the small village of Adamov, 8 km from the center of České Budějovice. Whether you are planning to travel to South Bohemia for an active or relaxing holiday, here you will find peace from all the hustle and bustle of everyday life and at the same time you will have all the tourist attractions within reach.
From the historically significant monuments we can mention the fairy-tale palace in Hluboká n. Vltavou (13 km), the hunting lodge Ohrada (14 km), the spa town of Třeboň (18 km) with a castle and Renaissance town houses in the historic center and the very center of the royal town of České Budějovice (8 km), which is known for its large central square with the iconic Samson Fountain surrounded by town houses with arcades, the Black Tower with observation platform and the Cathedral of St. Nicholas.
For families with small children, we recommend visiting the "Slověnický mlýn" amusement park (11 km) or the zoo in Hluboká n. Vltavou (14 km). For natural beauties, either head to the valley of the meandering Vltava River, where you can, among other things, try an unconventional experience in the form of climbing one of the secured routes on the "Hluboká via ferrata" (17.5 km), or to the cultural landscape of the Třeboň region, which, with its flat character and paths leading among countless fishponds, is perfect for sightseeing cycling trips.
