Free standing cottage, built in 2006, furnished in a practical and usefull way. Entrance, hall, living room with sitting suit, dining table, TV and wood stove. Open kitchen with two electric hot plates, oven, tea kettle, coffee maker and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms – the first one with three beds and the second one with three beds. Baby cot available. Heating with wood stove. The cottage stands on a non-fenced property, there is garden furniture and fire pit with gridiron at disposal. Own parking-site.

In South Bohemia, at the edge of holiday village Klady, not far from village Rimov, ca 15 km south of Ceske Budejovice and 19 km from Cesky Krumlov (stands on the World hertage list of UNESCO). Cottage stands at the edge of forest, close to the river, with a view of meadows and forest. In surrounding you can make sightseeing and biking – cycle ways 80 m from the house. Among the significant monuments of the region belong the historical town of Cesky Krumlov (UNESCO) 19 km, the south bohemian capital city of Ceske Budejovice 15 km, an old celtic oppidum Trisov 12 km, a ruined castle Divci Kamen 11 km, the monastery town Zlata Koruna 9 km, the mountain Klet (1083 m) with a chairlift to the peak, a lookout tower, restaurant and an observatory 15 km, the new gothic sear of the Rosenberg family and a golf park Hluboka nad Vltavou 23 km.
