  Pluses
  A magical cottage with a picturesque garden, beautiful nature, many attractive locations within a short driving distance. I also rate as a plus the lack of WiFi and a poor signal for detoxing from modern technology. Seamless communication with the cottage owners.

  Quiet and clean environment, only missing at least a small shop in the vicinity for at least basic groceries. Without a car we would not have been able to get to the shop, it was about 4 km away. And for those with sensitive skin, the tap water is bad. Otherwise, satisfaction.

  Nice cottage, nicely landscaped garden, great covered porch, beautiful fireplace with plenty of wood provided by the owner.
  Minuses
  There is no signal from any operator at all in the cottage, the water is serviceable according to the notice, but it stinks terribly. When there were 3 people there was a problem with the heating for the shower and we ate out, so we did not use the hot water for washing dishes. It is stated that the cottage is for 8 people. In case of bad weather and the inability to use the outdoor terrace, 8 people will not fit in the common room. Because of the sofa facing the door, you can only watch the TV with your head turned to the right. After watching the TV news, you can hardly turn your head back. If you have a runaway dog, be careful. The fence is made up of only live bushes in places and they are very sparse in several places.

  The property is located in beautiful countryside, close to the forest. The owners are pleasant. A good place for both cyclists and car trips... The property has a nice garden and a great swimming pool. We could have had a dog. Cozy living room and bedrooms on the upper floor. Well-designed storage spaces. The bathroom would need renovation and the outdoor seating area would need replacing. Plenty of wood available for the fireplace with a grate. Grill also available.
  Minuses
  The property has very hard water with iron content. Unpleasant bathing and washing dishes. However, the owners have provided drinking water in banners. The bathroom needs a new coat - it is very dark, it gives such an unclean impression, the wall by the shower is falling off, the toilet is wobbling. The kitchen - very small, but it is enough. We recommend replacing the knives and definitely getting a frying pan, which was completely missing. Otherwise, there are enough cups and plates. Only one cutting board. The outdoor seating is very worn out. Only two of the three deckchairs are functional, but they would deserve to be replaced. The washing machine did not work, the owner immediately arranged for a repairman to visit. After finding out that a new one needed to be bought, she brought us a 1 kg washing machine. The property is located in a cottage area, cottages are also rented right next door, so it also depends on who you run into. We had a rather noisy group of Germans with children. When you drive across the wooden bridge that crosses the local river, you feel like a nasty storm is coming. A scare is guaranteed.

  Pleasant and kind owner of the cottage, the pool we used was warm, private, beautiful surroundings of the cottage, bushes and flowers everywhere
  Minuses
  We didn't like that the cottage opposite us had a marten scarecrow or something in the garden and it kept whistling, especially the young people can hear it, I'm older than fifty and I didn't hear anything!!!!! The cottage's equipment could use a bit of modernisation, for example adding a toaster and especially a wine corkscrew????, the neighbours on the other side have about 7k and they were going wild in the shed at night, so I recommend not leaving anything there to eat! In any case, it didn't affect our stay, we recommend

  We liked everything there. The cottage was nice, well-maintained, clean. The toilet and shower were perfect, the kitchen equipment was great and the stove was perfect, including the oven, in which we baked both chicken and blueberry buns. Otherwise, the environment around the cottage was amazing, the privacy, even with the cottages around, was perfect. Simply great, I can only recommend it.
