Small kitchen with gas cooker, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker and mikrowave oven among the others. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom with a bunkbed. Upstairs there is bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and another bedroom with two double beds. Heating with fire place. Garden (fenced) with garden furniture incl. 4 loungers and parasol, swimming pool (3,5 m in diameter), 2 garden grills, sand pit, swing and slide at disposal. Own parking-site (covered parking for one car).

Fishing (with a permit) in the small river Stropnice 30 m or in the former sand quarry. Forest 50 m.
