You occupy one half of a cottage, built in the 2007. The cottage is nicely and comfortably furnished. The second half of the cottage is owned by another owner. Entrance, living room with a sofa and two armchairs, fire stove, dining table for 5 persons and a TV. Open kitchen with ceramic hob and stove, microwave and kettle. The refrigerator with a little freezer stands in the corridor. Bathroom with a shower bath and a toilet. There are two bedrooms in the attic - the first one with a double bed and a single bed and the second one with a double-bed. Heated with a fire stove. The cottage stands on a non-fenced land, there is a garden furniture and a portable barbecue at your disposal. Parking on the land near the cottage.

Pets are not allowed. There is a lockable room for storing bikes and WiFi at your disposal. The consumption of electricity shall be paid on the spot. The cottage is suitable for a maximum of 5 persons.

In South Bohemia, in the beautiful natur of the South-Bohemian Forest foothills, near the protected landscape area called “Blansky les”. The cottage stands on the edge of a small village Vadkov (550 m above the sea level)”, ca. 2,5 km south of the town Lhenice, which is situadet in-between the towns Prachatice 19 km and Cesky Krumlov 26 km (stands on the list of World Culture Heritage of UNESCO). Peaceful place with a beautiful view into the garden and surrounding nature. The surroundings itself is ideal for walking, cycling and taking various trips. There are many cultural and historical monuments in the area – for example chateau Kratochvile 13 km, the village Holasovice 14 km (on the list of World Culture Heritage of UNESCO, the ruins of a medieval castle Divci kamen 22 km, the historical town with chateau Cesky Krumlov 26 km, the monastery Zlata Koruna 28 km, the town Hluboka nad Vltavou with a chateau in new gothic style and a hunting lodge and Zoo Ohrada 31 km.
