Freestanding cottage, cosyly and comfortably furnished and equipped. Entry, hall, spacious living room with a sitting area, fireplace, dining table, sat-TV, radio and accesss to the terrace. Kitchen with electric cooker, refrigerator, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower bath and toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms – the first one with a double bed and one single bed and the second with three single beds. There is a garden (fenced with a hedge), covered pergola with sitting for 6 persons, garden fireplace and swing-bench, garden furniture with parasol and portable garden grill and for children sandpit at disposal.

In South Bohemia, at the edge of holiday settlement near the village Ostrolovsky Ujezd, ca. 4 km from the town Borovany, 6 km from Trhove Sviny and 17 km southeast of town Ceske Budejovice. This cottage sits in garden with hedge, which gives you enough privacy. Only 20 m from the cottage flows a small river Stropnice. Ideal for hiking and cycling.
