Modern, open kitchen with 4 electric plates, fridge, coffee maker and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Bedroom with one double bed and one tipping extra bed. Non-fenced property, terrace with garden furniture and parasol and mobile garden grill available. Own parking-site next to a bungalow for 1 car free.

No pets allowed. Ca 40 m from house there is bungalow VC 0003, which is also to rent. Renting of one boat possible after agreement with the landlord and for fee (boat is common with VC 0003). Final cleaning EUR 40,-. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. It is necessary to bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels. Ideal for seniors and calm families. The cottage is suitable for maximum of 4 persons.

In East Bohemia, In Ostböhmen, almost in the wilderness, in the vicinity of small village Zabrodi, ca 8 km northwest of town Nachod and 35 km northeast of town Hradec Kraloce. Borders to Poland 10 km. The surrounding landscape invites you to go hiking. Be sure to head to the Adršpach Rocks. Here you can visit the Bludné Rocks (24 km), where you will walk through a rock labyrinth and see many rock bastions, tables and gates. Just 15 km from the cottage is the Jiráskova chata with a restaurant and a lookout tower, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Orlické Mountains. In the nearby town of Náchod, the local chateau with a French garden and an English park is definitely worth a visit, where you can see mouflons and even two bears in the castle moat. For beer lovers, we recommend an excursion to the local Primátor brewery. You will learn about the history of the brewery here and end the excursion with a tasting of draft and bottled beer. With children, you can visit the Dvůr Králové Zoo (30 km), or the Giant Aquarium. The cottage is located 11 km from the recreational water reservoir Rozkoš and 40 m from a large pond (Špinka), where you can swim in the summer months. There is also the possibility of swimming in a private pond (Brodský) with the possibility of fishing, which is part of the campsite (entrance fee). The forest is 1 km from the cottage.
There are 2 restaurants in the vicinity, 1.1 km and 1.5 km away. For smaller children, there is a playground with climbing frames 1.5 km away, and for older children, there is a football pitch 1.6 km away.
