Free standing bungalow, nice renovated and arranged with pale wooden furniture. All rooms in one plain. Entrance, hall, living room with sitting suit, dining table, sat-TV with video and glass door to the terrace with nice view of meadows and pond. Kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave oven with grill, digestor, dish washer and coffee maker. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Bedroom with one double bed and other 2 bedrooms – each with 2 single beds. There is large, non-fenced garden (meadow), garden furniture with parasol, mobile grill and fire pit at disposal. Parking free by the house for one car, the second one for 5,- EUR/day.

Cot on request. No pets allowed. Ca 40 m from house there is bungalow VC 0033, which is also to rent. Renting of one boat possible after agreement with the landlord and for fee (boat is common with VC 0033). Final cleaning EUR 20,-. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. It is necessary to bring your own bed linen (or 9,- EUR per pers.). Ideal for seniors and calm families. The cottage is suitable for maximum of 5 persons.

Distances: Shop with foodstuff, restaurants and tennis in small town Cerveny Kostelec 3 km. Open-air pool 1 km, in-door pool and sauna in Nachod 8 km. Horse riding 4 km. House stands only 40 m from large pond where it is possible to swim or do water sports. Access to the water and molo with boat ca 50 m. Fishing in private pond (permission necessery) 600 m. Swimming and water sports also in dam Rozkos 11 km. Forest 1 km.
