Renovated in 2021, a modern cottage with a wellness center, an embedded pool, a bar and a spacious lounge. A total of 6 apartments with private bathrooms, a Finnish sauna, a whirlpool or attractive common spaces are a guarantee of a unique holiday with a group of your loved ones. Entrance through the common room or central hall. The common room offers seating for all 20 guests, the whole room is dominated by a fireplace. The room with bar is connected to the kitchen with all equipment - gas stove with 5 hotplates, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher. When renting the whole building, guests rent all the apartments listed below together with the overall facilities of the cottage. Individual apartments can be rented under their own label

The apartment is located on the ground floor. First bedroom with a double bed and LCD TV. Second bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace overlooking the pool. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Apartment on the 1st floor. Kitchen with electric double cooker, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and utensils. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed and LCD TV. Second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Apartment on the 1st floor. First bedroom with a double bed. Second bedroom with a double bed and LCD TV. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Heating of the cottage by electric heaters. In the basement of the cottage guests have a wellness - whirlpool and Finnish sauna. There is also a shower. Guests have their own unfenced garden, garden furniture on the terrace, gas grill, portable fireplace and embedded pool 6m x 3m with sun loungers. In Eastern Bohemia, in semi-solitude at the end of the village of Janovičky, almost on the border with neighboring Poland. The cottage is located in a quiet and clean location just 100 m from the forest. The Broumovsko Protected Landscape Area, where Janovičky is located, offers year-round activities. Undoubtedly, the most attractive summer tourist destinations include the Adršpach-Teplice Rocks (30 km) with very well-marked hiking trails (Orlí Hnízdo Rock, Strážce skal, Džbán). The Broumovsko landscape is also a popular locality for cycling lovers (a cycle route along the slopes of the Javořické Mountains, the Adršpach-Teplice Circuit, or the Broumov Walls Circuit with beautiful views). There are also several castles in the area - Náchod Castle, Nové Město nad Metují Castle, Ratibořice Castle (all castles are about 40 km from the accommodation), Książ Castle (50 km). You will not be bored here even in the winter months. Only 100 m from your cottage are the ski lifts of the Janovičky Ski Area, where you can also enjoy night skiing. There are also several regularly maintained cross-country trails in the area. Adršpach Rocks are also worth a visit in winter, when the largest rock town in Europe is covered with snow (in case of severe frosts you can also see ice falls).
