Separate toilet with bidet and sink. Electric heating of the building. Newly renovated seperated building with convertible sofa for 2 people, infra sauna and private bathroom with toilet. Unfenced garden with outdoor hot tub, covered pergola with seating and portable grill. A sunbathing pier, a slide and a trampoline for children. Fire pit, swing and garden shower available. Parking in front of the building.

On the edge of the town of Jince, behind Kopáčovský rybník, secluded, 15 km north of Příbrami and 20 km west of Dobříš. The cottage is located near nature, by the river Litavka, a tributary of the river Berounka. Complete peace and privacy in the vast garden. In Jince you can visit the Malý Janek castle or brewery 1.5 km away. For lovers of hiking, we recommend a hike to the Krkavče rocks and to the top of Plešivec (654 m.a.s.l.). Other tips for a trip around the area include, for example, Hořovice Castle 10 km, Studený vrch 12 km and Třenická hora 18 km, Točník Castle 18 km, Dobříš Renaissance Castle with English and French gardens 20 km or Karlštejn Castle 29 km.
