Free standing small wooden cottage. Entrance, hall, living room with dining table for 4 persons, sat-TV, radio and fireplace stove. Simple, small kitchen with electric cooker (two hot-plates), refrigerator, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower and WC. Room with sitting area (folding double bed). In the attic, accessible by steep stairs (difficult for people with reduced mobility), there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds. Cottage stands in spacious, nice kept garden. Terrace, garden furniture with parasol, portable grill and fire pit at disposal. Parking in the garden.

Phantastic place, almost secluded, in favourite holiday area called „Cesky raj“ (the Bohemian Paradies), at the edge of the village Parezska Lhota, ca. 10 km northwest of the town Jicin. The well-known „Prachovske“ sandstone rocks begin only 100 m from the cottage! Very quiet place, at the forest, on a hill, next to a small pond. Garden with view of surrounding meadows and forests provides enough privacy. In the area lead many nice tourist and cycling paths, good conditions for mushroom-pickers. In the surroundings there are many sightseeings and interesting places – e. g. chateaus Hruba Skala 12 km, Humprecht 13 km, Hruby Rohozec 20 km, castle Kost 16 km, ruins of castles Trosky 10 km and Valecov 25 km.
Distances: Basic foods (Mladejov) 5 km, restaurant (hotel Diana) 1 km and (rock town) 2 km. Supermarket, some restaurants and other facilities (Jicin) 10 km. Swimming, water sports and renting of pedal boats in the camp next ot recreational Jinolicke ponds 2,5 km. In-door swimming pool and sauna (Jicin) 10 km. Horse back riding and fishing in a pond 50 m, another possibilities of fishing (with permit) 3 - 5 km. Tennis (asphalt ground) 800 m by pension Diana. - Photogallery
