Description of accommodation

A nicely furnished family cottage with a hot tub, a saltwater pool and activities for children in a quiet recreational area right by the forest is the right place to recharge your batteries and escape from everyday worries.
Entrance, living room with fireplace, armchairs, Smart TV (OnePlay), children's play corner and a massive dining table with a bench, chairs and a high chair. From the room, access to a sheltered veranda with seating. Kitchenette equipped with an electric stove with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, capsule coffee maker, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. First bedroom with two single beds. WC with basin in the hallway. In the attic, two more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower, basin and separate toilet. First bedroom with a single bed, a double bed and access to a balcony with seating. Second bedroom with two single beds and a double bed. Heating of the property provided by the fireplace insert in the living room with hot air distribution. Electric heaters in the bathrooms.
The cottage has a private hot tub with massage jets and wood-fired water heating, as well as an outdoor brick fireplace for grilling with seating on a beer set. In the summer season, it is possible to use the outdoor saltwater pool in the area, which is shared with holiday makers from other cottages. A children's playground with climbing frames, a slide, swings, a sandpit and a football pitch is available in the area all year round. Access to the cottage is via a paved road, parking space for 3 cars at the property.

Note on accommodation

Pets allowed for a fee of CZK 500/stay. Wi-Fi connection and a folding babycot available. Refundable deposit of CZK 3000. Electricity consumption is paid on site according to electric meter reading. The first basket of firewood is free, each additional one for CZK 200. Possibility of renting beer-tap equipment for a fee of CZK 500. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided by the landlord and are washed in a professional laundry. You must bring your own bath towels only.

Location description

In East Bohemia, on the boundery of the Pardubice and Olomouc regions, in a recreational area off the small village of Svojanov, 10 km east of Moravská Třebová and 14 km west of Mohelnice. The forested landscape of the sparsely populated Zábřežská Highlands is perfect for easy nature hikes or bike rides, picking mushrooms and wild fruits, or relaxing by the water.
The Bozeňov Sport & Relax area (13 km) offers all-day activities for all generations. There is a number of unique sports activities for children and adults will love to be pampered in the wellness hotel with a sauna, steam bath, outdoor whirlpool, and massages. The area also has two dams suitable for swimming and water sports, and the Bušák pond, where you can catch trouts and have them freshly prepared on the grill in the local bistro.
For history, head to the romantic ruins of Cimburk castle (15 km), the gothic Bouzov castle (32 km) and town of Moravská Třebová with a renaissance chateau, the Stations of the Cross lined with interesting monuments and the Pastýřka lookout tower on the "Nad Boršovem" hilltop, on whose slopes there are three circuits of the newly built network of singletracks of varying difficulty. A unique place that you should not miss visiting is the cheese museum in Loštice (20 km).
