Description of accommodation

A newly built cabin in a secluded area near the picturesque town of Polička, where you can enjoy the peace of nature, comfort and private wellness all at once. Modern equipment, a pleasant indoor climate in all seasons and the omnipresent scent of wood are the ingredients that make this cottage the perfect place for your unforgettable holiday.
Entrance into the hallway, then into the living room with a firestove, sofa bed (sleeps 2 people), wall-mounted TV, dining table and kitchenette equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, small fridge with freezer and dishwasher. Sleeping on the gallery with a double bed and a pair of folding desks is accessible via a ladder. Bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the outdoor terrace. Bathroom with shower, toilet, basin and washing machine. Central heating is provided by an electric boiler with hot water underfloor heating.
From April 2026, guests will have access to a Finnish sauna, a hot tub, a sheltered terrace with garden furniture, a firepit and a sandbox for children in the fenced garden. Parking for up to 3 cars under security cameras.

Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi connection available. Self check-in/out (the code for the key box will be messaged to you before arrival). A refundable deposit of CZK 3000 is paid upfront along with the payment for the stay and will be refunded within 3 working days of your departure after deducting the fee for electricity based on the metered consumption. Firewood consumption included in the price. Bedding, towels and tea towels provided by the landlord. Please note - the cabin is not suitable for organizing celebrations and noisy gatherings such as bachelor/stag/hen parties etc.

Location description

In East Bohemia, on the outskirts of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands, in the quiet village of Lezník, 5 km north of the town of Polička and 15 km south of Litomyšl.
The royal town of Polička will impress you with its uniquely preserved system of medieval fortifications, a burgher brewery, a museum and a gallery, however, the real pearl is the cultural town of Litomyšl, the venue for many summer festivals, where you can visit the Renaissance chateau complex (on the UNESCO World Heritage List), Smetana central square with Renaissance burgher houses, the city park of the Monastery gardens with a pair of churches and statues by O. Zoubek, countless museums, galleries and buildings of contemporary modern architecture. You can also go to the nearby area to visit the Gothic Svojanov castle (23 km) or the Nové Hrady chateau (21 km) from the Rococo period. A perfect example of typical folk architecture for the Vysočina region is the Jimramov town conservation area (16 km) with its old cottage housing development. The glassmaking tradition of the area is documented by the Gallery "na Milovské huti" (28 km) with more than 1,300 exhibits. If you prefer to spend your time wandering through the beautiful nature of the Žďárské Hills, your travels will probably take you to the rock formations of Toulovcova maštale (17 km) or Čtyři palice (28 km).
