Two detached identical chalets. Entrance, porch with dining table, living room with three-piece suite (fold-out bed for two persons), fire stove, TV-set and radio. Kitchen with two plates, refrigerator, coffee-maker, tea-kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom with bunk bad and one single bed. Second bedroom with a double bed. Heating with fire stove. The chalet stands on a ca. 3000 m2 property (together with other 4 cottages, which are separated by a green hedge). Garden furniture, mobile barbecue, fire places and swing at disposal. Private parking place.

Note on accommodation
One small dog permitted only by prior agreement (EUR 60,- /stay). You can rent a boat on the spot (EUR 28,-/week). The possibility of renting bicycles (for a fee EUR 5,-/day). You have to bring your own bedlinen. The consumption of water and electricity shall paid on the spot to the landlord. House is suitable for max. 5/7 persons. Prices in the price list are stated for occupancy of max. 5 persons, 2 extra persons are possible for a fee EUR 60,-/person/week. About free terms please ask in our office.

In east Bohemia, in a small holiday village in the forest, by the water reservoir Sec, 3 km from the village of the same name, ca 20 km south of the town Chrudim. The cottage stands in a sunny location about 300 meters from the water tank, the whole yard is enclosed by a green hedge. An ideal place for spending a quiet family holiday. The area offers ideal conditions for swimming, walking, cycling (there are many marked cycle paths) and making many of various trips. Chateau Zleby 17 km, chateau Slatinany 20 km, the ruins of the castle Zumberk 20 km, the open air museum Vesely Kopec 18 km.
Distances: Small shop open from June till August 200 m. Basic food (Sec) 3 km, restaurant 300 m. Supermarket, restaurant and other amenities (Chrudim) 20 km. Indoor pool and sauna (hotel Plynostav) 500 m, tennis court and playground 200 m. Sandy beach, swimming, fishing (with permit) and water sports (dam Sec) just 300 meters from the cottage!
