Detached holiday house, built in 2018, well maintained and comfortably furnished. Entrance, hallway. Living room with sitting area, fireplace, TV and dining table. Kitchenette with refrigerator, electric cooker, microwave and kettle. Bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet. From the living room the staircase leads to the floor, with a second toilet, bedroom with two double beds and a single bed and a bedroom with a double bed, an extra bed (fold-out chair) and access to the balcony. Heating electrically and with the fireplace. The house is located in an unfenced garden with garden furniture and a portable barbecue. Own parking. Occupancy of a maximum of 5/8 persons.

One small dog after agreement (EUR 60,- /stay). The dog must not be left alone in the building without the owner's supervision. You pay electricity and water consumption on the spot. The price in the price list is valid for a maximum of 5 persons, additional three persons EUR 60,-/per person per week (this also applies to baby). Possibility to rent a boat for EUR 28, - / week.

In east Bohemia, in a small holiday village in the forest, by the water reservoir Sec, 2 km from the village of the same name, ca 20 km south of the town Chrudim. The cottage stands in a sunny location only 200 meters from the water. Nice view of green. An ideal place for spending a quiet family holiday. The area offers ideal conditions for swimming, walking, cycling (there are many marked cycle paths) and making many of various trips. Chateau Zleby 17 km, chateau Slatinany 20 km, the ruins of the castle Zumberk 20 km, the open air museum Vesely Kopec 18 km.
Distances: Small shop open from June till August 200 m. Basic food (Sec) 3 km, restaurant 300 m. Supermarket, restaurant and other amenities (Chrudim) 20 km. Indoor pool and sauna (hotel Plynostav) 500 m. Tennis court and playground 300 m. Sandy beach, swimming, fishing (with permit) and water sports (dam Sec) just 200 meters from the cottage!
