A modern brick cottage with a terrace, a sunken pool and the possibility of fishing on a private pond 3 km from the accommodation. Living room with sofa set, dining table, TV, fireplace and access to the terrace. Kitchenette with gas stove, oven, kettle and dishes. Refrigerator with freezer and washing machine in the hallway. First bedroom with single bed and bunk bed. Second bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Heating by fireplace and electric heaters. A small garden with fruit trees and a covered terrace with outdoor seating and a sunken pool. Parking at the property for 1 - 2 vehicles.

In Vysočina, in the Českomoravská vrchovina, 11 km east of Havlíčkův Brod and less than 20 km from Jihlava. Accommodation can be found in the village of Šlapanov, where there is a shop, a children's playground and a cycle path that will take you to Havlíčkův Brod, Přibyslav and other interesting locations in the area.
