Detached cottage, renovated in 2015, on its own land, fenced off with a hedge. Entrance, separate veranda with seating, living room with sofa for 6 people, coffee table and LCD TV. Dining table for 5 people. Separate kitchen with two-burner electric stove as well as two-burner gas stove, tiled stove (for cooking optionally), microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher. In the attic, two separate bedrooms, the first bedroom with two single beds, the second bedroom with a single bed and a sofa bed (extra bed for 2 people) with access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower (seating bath), basin and toilet. Heating of the cottage provided by a fireplace stove + tiled stove in the kitchen. Guests have wooden garden furniture, a portable grill and a firepit at their disposal. Free parking at the cottage for 2 cars.

One small dog allowed upon request for a fee CZK 1500/dog/week. Possibility of renting a boat for 700 CZK/week. Electricity consumption is paid on site (CZK 250/week on average). A sixth person for an additional fee CZK 500/week paid on site.

In East Bohemia, in a small cottage complex near the Seč recreational dam, 3 km from the village of the same name and about 20 km south of the town of Chrudim. The cottage is located near the forest, in a popular recreational area, in which all possible facilities are accessible on foot, only about 400 m from the water. The surroundings offer excellent conditions for swimming, walking, cycling (many marked cycle routes in the area), fishing or sightseeing of various historical and cultural sights - in short, the perfect place for a wonderful family holiday. Žleby Castle 17 km, Slatiňany Castle 20 km, Žumberk Castle Ruins 20 km, Veselý Kopec Open-Air Museum 18 km.
Distances: Small shop open from June to August 150 m. Basic groceries (Seč) 3 km. Restaurant and indoor pool and sauna (Hotel Plynostav) 300 m. Supermarket, other restaurants and all civic amenities (Chrudim) 20 km. Tennis court and playground 100 m.
