Free-standing, cozy cottage, in 2008 partly renovated. Entrance, hall, nicely furnished living room with sofa, fireplace, satellite TV and DVD and entrance to a partly roofed terrace. Living room is connected with the kitchen which is equipped with a dining table for 4 people, gas stove with electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. In the attic there are two simply furnished bedrooms with curtains instead of doors. In the first bedroom there is a double bed and in the second bedroom there is is a double bed and two single beds. Gas central heating (with thermostat). The garden is fenced, there is garden furniture and garden fireplace. Own parking for 2 cars.

In the Czech-Moravian Highlands, laying under the top od Javořice, on the outskirts of the village Mrákotín, about 7 km west of the picturesque town of Telč. Cottage stands along with a three other cottages in a small valley on the edge of the forest in a gentle slope, around the garden flows little stream. Romantic and quiet place - perfect for those who want to rest. The area offers a good conditions for hiking and cycling (nicely marked paths), swimming and visiting many various sites. The town of Telc is registered on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List and is called Renaissance pearl among cities. You can also visit a beautiful chateau. Ruins Štamberk 7 km, 700 year old lime tree in Praskolesy 3 km, a gothic castle Roštejn 10 km, castle Dačice 15 km, town monument area Slavonice 27 km, castle Žirovnice 18 km, town and castle Jindřichův Hradec 30 km, Nová Říše monastery 16 km , Moravské Budejovice 36 km, castle Bítov 45 km and many other attractions.
Distances: Basic foods and restaurant in a village 500 m. Supermarket (Telč) 7 km. Swimming in a pond 600 m or in a forest pond (Rasna) 4 km. Swimming pool (Dačice) 15 km, aquapark (Jindřichův Hradec) 30 km. Tennis court in a village 700 m or (Telc) 7 km. In Telč you will also find golf courts and there is a possibility of renting a bicycles. Horse riding (Horní Dvorce) 10 km or (Bohuslavice) 17 km. Fishing (permits required) in the ponds around 1 km. The forest 10 m.
