Cottage after reconstruction in 2022 with a small garden and a pergola. Living room with sofa bed (2 beds), dining area, fireplace and TV. Kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle and basic kitchen equipment. Bathroom with shower and sink. Separate WC. Bedroom with double bed and sofa bed. Second bedroom with 2 single beds, storage space, desk and stairs to loft. In the attic, a third bedroom with a double bed (mattress). The building is heated by central heating (gas) and a fireplace to create a pleasant atmosphere. Fenced garden and covered pergola with seating and barbecue. Parking in front of the building for 4 cars.

In South Bohemia, in a quiet part of the village of Leština, 3 km south of Strmilov, approx. 7 km northeast of the town of Kunžak and 19 km east of Jindřichův Hradec. Křivohlav pond with an area of 4ha, suitable for fishing (with a permit) is near the cottage and the Komorník pond in a beautiful wooded landscape with the possibility of swimming. For the beauty of nature, we recommend a trip to the Česká Kanada nature park, where in addition to climbing the Vysoký kámen peak (738 m above sea level), you can also see the famous granite boulder Ďáblova prdel. Monuments and interesting places in the vicinity include, for example, the Strmilov´s underground 3 km, the Olšany castle 9 km, the ruins of the Vítkův Hrádek castle 12 km or the city of Jindřichův Hradec with the castle and the Zoo Hrádečko 22 km.
