Description of accommodation

A stylish cottage almost in solitude, on the edge of the forest, with a nearby pond with swimming and a partially enclosed garden. Large terrace from which you can observe nature and the pond dam from close proximity, all while listening to the pleasant murmur of the stream. On the ground floor, a bright living room with a wooden seating area, TV, fireplace and kitchenette with hob, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Washing machine available. In the attic, the first bedroom with a double bed, a pull-out extra double bed (comfortable futon) and access to the balcony. The second bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and access to the second balcony. The property is heated by a fireplace and local direct heaters. Guests have at their disposal a mostly fenced garden with play elements for children, a spacious terrace with seating and an outdoor bar, deckchairs and a historic caravan, which children will especially appreciate as a "hiding place" or bunker. Another smaller seating area on the second terrace on the edge of a private pond is ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine or morning coffee. Guests also have 2 paddleboards for adults, 2 for children and a floating pier on the Tuksa pond. Parking for up to 3 vehicles in front of the cottage.

Pets allowed (500 CZK/pet/week). Baby cot available only by prior arrangement. Energy included in the price up to 50 kWh. Refundable deposit 3,000 CZK. The price of the stay includes Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels. The accommodation is suitable for 5 people + 2 people on an extra bed and 1 baby.

In the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands, in a semi-secluded location, less than 8 km south of Humpolec, 21 km from Pelhřimov and about 18 km from Jihlava. The accommodation is located in a perfect location by the forest and practically on the shore of the Tuksa pond. You will be surrounded by nature on all sides, which you can enjoy from the immediate vicinity directly from the terrace, where is another smaller private pond. The place is therefore absolutely ideal for recharging your batteries and relaxing from the hustle and bustle of the city. In the surrounding area, we recommend visiting, for example, Kámen Castle (35 km), Lipnice nad Sázavou Castle (27 km), Ledeč nad Sázavou Castle (20 km), Kamenice nad Lipou Chateau (39 km), the historic town of Telč (45 km), Želiv Monastery (20 km), adventure golf and the beautiful ZOO in Jihlava (18 km), Telč golf course (45 km) and the ruins of Orlík nad Humpolcem (8 km).
