Wellness cottage on the bank of the pond, which is directly connected to it by a large terrace and pier. The cottage is divided into two parts - in the wellness part we can find a sauna with a view of the pond, as well as a shower, sink and toilet. In the second part there is a living space with a summer kitchen, grill and beds for 4 people. An outdoor grill is also available. Also in the complex is a heated pool with a roof and a nicely equipped children's playground, which are shared with another cottage 50 m from the property (JM0023A). For maximum privacy, it is possible to order the area as a whole under the code JM0023 and thus have all the equipment of the area to yourself. Parking by the cottage.

Pets are not allowed. Baby cot by arrangement with the lessor. Bed linen available. The price includes a fishing permit for 2 people for the entire stay. WiFi internet connection available. Electricity consumption is paid on site according to consumption. The final cleaning fee of CZK 600 is paid on site. The cottage is suitable for a maximum of 4 people + 1 child on an extra bed. Possibility to order the entire area under the code JM0023. When renting the entire area, a sports area with billiards, table tennis, table football, darts and an exercise bike is also available. The opening and closing of the swimming pool depends on the course of the weather in a given year. So we usually start the pool season in April and end in October.

In the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands, 800 m from the EKO farm, completely detached house on the edge of the village Heřmanov, about 15 km east of Velké Meziříčí at an altitude of 550 m above sea level. The house is located in a quiet location in the beautiful countryside, on the forest meadow right on the shore of the pond. Nearby is a meadow with deers, you can admire the animals from your own terrace. The house belongs to the ECO farm specializing in fishing, sheep, fallow deer and cows Galoway. Within a radius of 300 meters from the house there are 4 clean lakes for fishing and swimming, while the lake has a sandy beach right by the house. If desired, customers and their children can participate in the normal life on the nearby farm and help to feed the animals. You can bring old dry bread, it is allowed to feed the animals directly from your hand. There are 12 species of animals on the farm and various wild animals live in the surrounding forests. In the morning the deer graze near your house and you can also see rabbits here. Moreover, the area is ideal for hiking and cycling, swimming, fishing and picking forest fruits.
