Two cottages on the shore of the pond, modernly furnished, the first built in 2015, the second 2020.
First cottage: Entrance, living room with leather sofa, fireplace, dining table for 8 people and satellite TV. Kitchen with ceramic hob and convection oven, refrigerator with freezer, capsule Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet and another separate toilet. The cottage has three bedrooms. The first bedroom with one double bed, the second bedroom with a double bed and one single bed and the third bedroom with two double beds. Heating the building with a hot air heat pump.
Second cottage: Wellness cottage on the shore of a pond, which is directly connected by a large terrace and pier. The cottage is divided into two parts - in the wellness area we find a sauna overlooking the pond and a shower, sink and toilet. In the second part there is a living area with a summer kitchen, TV, barbecue and beds for 4 people.
The cottages stand on their own land, which is unfenced and 2 hectares. There is a terrace with garden furniture and a portable barbecue and a pergola with a games room with billiards, table tennis, table football, darts and exercise bike. Private parking. A nicely equipped children's playground and a heated swimming pool with a roof.. Possibility to order cottages also individually under codes JM 0023A and JM 0023B.Part of accommodation

Pets are not allowed. Baby cot by arrangement with the landlord. Bed linen available. The price includes a fishing permit for 6 people for the entire stay. WiFi internet connection available. Electricity consumption is paid on site according to consumption. The final cleaning fee of CZK 1,700 is paid on site. Refundable deposit 4,000 CZK for each cottage. The cottages are suitable for up to 13 people. Special cancellation conditions (cancellation fee after binding reservation of stay 30% of the price of accommodation).

In the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands, 800 m from the EKO farm, completely detached house on the edge of the village Heřmanov, about 15 km east of Velké Meziříčí at an altitude of 550 m above sea level. The house is located in a quiet location in the beautiful countryside, on the forest meadow right on the shore of the pond. Nearby is a meadow with deers, you can admire the animals from your own terrace. The house belongs to the ECO farm specializing in fishing, sheep, fallow deer and cows Galoway. Within a radius of 300 meters from the house there are 4 clean lakes for fishing and swimming, while the lake has a sandy beach right by the house. If desired, customers and their children can participate in the normal life on the nearby farm and help to feed the animals. You can bring old dry bread, it is allowed to feed the animals directly from your hand. There are 12 species of animals on the farm and various wild animals live in the surrounding forests. In the morning the deer graze near your house and you can also see rabbits here. Moreover, the area is ideal for hiking and cycling, swimming, fishing and picking forest fruits.
