Free standing cottage, rebuild in year 2022 and well furnished. Living room with sofa, dining room with dining table, television with satelite, fireplace and with the acces to the terace. Open kitchen with ceramical cooking plate, refrigerator, coffe maker,electric kettle, mikrowave and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Two separate bedrooms with double beds and storage space. Separate partly glazed room with sofa (extra bed for fifth person) and separate access to the terrace. Heated by the fireplace stoves. The cottage is standing on the fenceless land, there is a beautiful sitting on a big terrace with garden furniture. There is garden grill at disposal.

Child cot on reguest. Small pets are allowed after agreement (for a fee, EUR 15,-/animal/day, paid in advance). WiFi for free. Cleaning fee 1 000,-CZK. Possibility of using boat and private pier on the pond 50 m. The consumption of electricity is free. Bed linen, towels, tea towels, dishwasher tablets and toilet paper included in the price. The cottage is suitable for maximum to 4/5 persons.

In the area called the Bohemian- Moravian Highlands, in a holiday settlement near the village Krasoňov, by the forest and pond, where is possible to swimm and do water sports. The settlement is located about 5 km south from the town Humpolce. Quiet place with a view to the greenary. Beautiful scenery with many ponds is calling for a walk, bike riding, swimming, doing water sports or making any various trips. In the surrounding there is many landmarks – for exampl castle Lipnice nad Sázavou 16 km, monastery Želiv 16 km, nice town Pelhřimov with listed area distanced 22 km, the castels Polná 26 km a Přibyslav 30 km.
Distances: Basic foods (Krasoňov) 1 km, supermarket and restaurant (Humpolec) 5 km. Swimming in a pond 50 m or in next 3 ponds witin 500 m to 1 km. Fishing (with permit) is possible in a surrounding ponds 5 and 15 km, but in a pond it is not allowed to fish.
