Open kitchen nook with electric cooker, fridge, coffee maker and tea kettle. Bathroom with bath and toilet. Upstairs hall with sitting and two bedrooms – each with double bed, single bed and access to the balcony. Heating with fireplace. Non-fenced property, garden furniture, parasol, fire pit with possibility of grilling, sand pit, swing, switch-back and small child swimming pool at disposal. Own parking-site.

In South Bohemia, in small holiday area (only 5 other cottages) in vicinity of village Polesi, ca 4 km north of small town Pocatky and 23 km from Jindrichuv Hradec. Calm place in the middle of nice forested landscape, view of green. Cottage stands directly at the forest and only 200 m from natural open-air pool. Other possibility of swimming in pond 2 km (also fishing possible with permission). Water sports (water skiing) in pond 9 km. Tennis 500 m. In-door pool, sauna, minigolf and horse riding 9 km. Golf ground 28 km. Ideal place for hiking and biking, in surrounding (to 50 km) a lot of nice towns and sights.
