Kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge /freezer, automatic coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher. Dining table suitable for 7 persons. The living room has sofas for 5 people, LCD TV and a wood fireplace. In the base floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bath, sink and a separate toilet. Upstairs is gallery with a double bed and a separate bedroom with two singe beds. House is heated with a central indoor fireplace. You can also use electric heaters. Guests can use terrace with rattan armchairs, portable grill and private wharf. Possibility to swim in the lake practically next to the house. Parking for 3 cars.

Stays run from Friday to Friday. Pets on request (small or medium breed, for a fee, EUR 15,-/animal/day, paid in advance). WiFi connection, bed linen, towels, tea towels, dishwasher tablets and toilet paper included in the price. The final cleaning is for CZK 1.000,- (paid in advance). The electricity consumption of 50 kWh is included in the price, additional consumption will be charged before departure. Sauna fee according to energy consumed (meter reading is recorded at the beginning of the stay). Sheets for sauna use included.

On the Bohemian-Moravian Plateau, surrounded by beautiful nature, practically remote, directly by the pond Horní Kladiny. The house is located near village Zachotin (2 km), about 10 km east of the city Pelhřimov. Fantastic quiet place, ideal for rest and relaxation while enjoying the view at the water. There is only one other house 100 meters away. Here you are disturbed only by the singing birds and splashing of the fish in the lake. The area offers great opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing and various trips. Besides the marked trails we recommend many places of interest – many castles like Kámen (28 km) Lipnice nad Sázavou (27 km), Ledeč nad Sázavou (38 km), Kamenice nad Lipou 29 km, Telč (44 km), Cervena Lhota (48 km) , Zeliv Monastery 19 km, Adventure Golf in Jihlava (25 km), Telc golf course (35 km) or horse riding Mladé Břiště (9 km).
Distances: Basic food (Zachotín) or 2 km (Vyskytná) 5 km, restaurant (Velký Rybník) 6.5 km, supermarket, restaurant, bar, wine bar, ATM (Pelhřimov) 10 km and ( Humpolec) 15 km, indoor and outdoor pool with whirlpools and slides (Pelhrimov) 10 km, aquapark (Jihlava) 23 km, tennis (Zachotín) 1 km, horseback riding (Mladé Bříště) 9 km. Fishing (with permission) 15 km in Humpolec Hadina. The house is located directly by the pond Horní Kladiny. You can swim just 15 metres from the house or enjoy water sports (you can bring your own windsurf). Nearby lake Dolni Kladiny is for windsurfing even better.
