  The house, so completely secluded by the lake, is a dream. The way the house, with its sauna and everything else, has been designed shows that a lot of thought has gone into it. It's also beautifully furnished, with great attention to detail. Despite all this, I found it very disappointing that attention wasn't paid to the little things. While the house is generally clean, there was still a lot of dirt from other guests under the beds, the dresser, and the sofa, which I found quite disgusting. There was dog hair on the chairs. We also had a dog with us, but it certainly shouldn't be sitting on a chair at the table. But regardless of whether someone likes that sort of thing or not, I want to sit on a clean chair. In addition, I think there aren't enough small, sharp knives for cutting things. There are only huge ones. The rocking chair is already completely torn. I simply think that while it's possible to charge a lot for a house like this (and it is a bit more expensive than others), the standard should be maintained and improvements made.

  Very nice and equipped cottage with a beautiful location.. A pond with fish and cold water from a stream plus a sauna with hanging chairs were not a mistake. Really great place to relax. Great dealings with the owner of the property.

  Lack of mosquito nets... but there weren't many mosquitoes... more like flies during the day.

  Absolutely ideal for anyone who doesn't need crowded resorts. A designer-chic environment away from people, relaxation on the terrace on the shore of a pond, mushrooms, watching water birds, a siesta by the fireplace - simply great! There aren't many places like that in our country anymore.

  For us, it is clearly the most beautiful holiday in the Czech Republic so far. This is an exceptionally beautiful designer cottage that blends in perfectly with nature. Evening sunsets over the pond are a luxurious experience, especially when renting a boat that belongs to the cottage. When everything goes out in the evening, you rest on the sofa, you literally feel like you are lying on the shore of a pond. The property provides complete peace, privacy, a fully equipped kitchen (except for a microwave, but that is not a problem), cozy bedrooms and an incredibly large living area with a kitchen. The shore of the pond is located less than 10 m from the terrace, two swans kept us company the whole time and a frog concert took place every evening. For shopping, you can reach Pelhřimov (Billa, Penny Market, Lidl, Kaufland) in about 12 minutes. by car. There are many beautiful natural corners in the area. The owner was helpful and our only regret is that we can't give it 10 stars! In short - EXCEPTIONAL TOP ACCOMMODATION that is second to none!

  I can only recommend this property. It is in beautiful nature, in front of the cottage there is a pond and next to it there is only one neighboring cottage. The interior and exterior of the cottage are literally beautiful. Everything is clean. The owner is a nice guy, very kind and helpful. We were absolutely delighted and we will definitely be happy to come back here again. The perfect impression was not changed even by the fact that it rained the whole stay.
  Minuses
  The only thing I would like to point out is to slightly adjust the readiness of the fireplace, which is the only source of heat, and therefore used a lot. We did not find any metal bucket and shovel for ash. No paper or firewood for kindling. And you have to go to the cottage for wood, where there is no lighting, which is a little impractical, especially in the rain. As a woman, I would like to have wood ready right by the fireplace. But that is just a small thing that can be survived :o)

  The house is really beautiful, the location of the object is excellently chosen. The house offers a modern, tasteful and functional interior. The outdoor terrace is great. For someone looking for peace and solitude, this is a great place. Next year I am going to enjoy a week of peace again. I can recommend it to everyone.

  The cottage is located in a beautiful and quiet environment by the water. The cottage is completely made of wood and modernly furnished, the photos on the website correspond to reality. The view from the terrace of the morning sunrise and evening sunset is absolutely magical :). The owner was very pleasant and helpful :) I would be happy to recommend the cottage to my friends for summer recreation! :)
