Free-standing cottage, in 2009 completely renovated. Thanks to many large windows you have absolutely fantastic view to a greenary and the pond. The cottage is a modern and very well equipped. Entrance, hall with a cloakroom. Spacious living room with sofa, fireplace, TV with DVD, dining table and entrance to a big terrace. Open kitchen with ceramic hob, hot air oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle and dishwasher. Bathroom with bath, separate toilet. In the floor there is a small hall and three bedrooms. First bedroom with double bed, desk top and spectacular views through a glass wall. Second, smaller bedroom with sloped ceiling equipped with double bed. Third bedroom with a double bed. Heating with a fireplace. There is a sauna available in the basement of the building. Garden is not fenced, there is a terace with garden furniture and sunshade, out-door shower, portable grill and fireplace. Own parking. Possibility of storing bicycles.

Stays run from Friday to Friday. One dog is allowed for a fee € 15,-/day (paid in advance). Washing machine and dryer to disposal. Own pier and a boat on a pond (for free). WiFi connection, bed linen, towels, tea towels, dishwasher tablets and toilet paper included in the price. In the floor and the attic smoking is prohibited. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. The final cleaning for CZK 1.000,- (paid in advance). Sauna fee according to energy consumed (meter reading is recorded at the beginning of the stay). Sheets for sauna use included. The cottage is suitable for a maximum of 4/6 adults.

In south Bohemia, in a small recreation area Krasoňov, about 7 km southeast of the town Humpolec. Quiet and idyllic location on the edge of the forest, just on the shore of the pond Sýkora! Beautiful view of the pond. The area is suitable for walking, riding a bike (many hiking and biking trails), swimming and exploring the beauty of the surroundings. The strategic location of many various trips - to Prague, Cesky Krumlov, Brno, etc. Castle Lipnice nad Sazavou 15 km, town with a castle Telč 40 km, Jihlava 18 km, monastery Želiv 16 km, castle Polná 25 km, castle Přibyslav 30 km.
Distances: Basic foods 2 km, restaurant and supermarket (Humpolec) 7 km. Swimming and water sports in a pond only 10 m form the cottage or in the other ponds within a 6 km or in the water tank Trnávka 15 km. Fishing is possible on the pond Hadina (Humpolec). Right at the pond by the cottage the fishing is prohibited. Trout waters 300 m. Swimming pool and sauna (Humpolec) 7 km, indoor swimming pool and aqua park (Jihlava) 20 km.
