Brick cottage with a balcony overlooking the countryside. On the ground floor there is a sitting area, a fireplace and a kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a microwave, a refrigerator and an electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. On the first floor bedroom with two double beds and access to the balcony. In the attic a second smaller bedroom with two single beds. Heating of the cottage with a fireplace. Outdoor seating and a fireplace are available in the unfenced garden. Parking directly at the cottage.

In southern Bohemia, in the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands, 6 km west of Pelhřimov and 20 km from Humpolec. The cottage is located in a quiet cottage settlement Chodeč, overlooking the plains and the nearby forest. It is situated to the south, so there is always plenty of sunshine, which can be enjoyed directly from the balcony. In the area we find many interesting places for a trip. We recommend visiting the castles Kámen (13 km) and Orlík nad Humpolcem (24 km), the ruins of the castle Choustník (34 km), Chýnov Caves (26 km), the castle in Kamenice nad Lipou (21 km) or the city of records Pelhřimov with the historic center (6 km).
