Nice wooden cottage with three bedrooms with its own fenced garden. Entrance, living room connected with the kitchen. In the living room there is dining table for 5 persons, seating group (foldable to an extra bed for one person up to 18 years old), coffee table, radio and a fireplace. Kitchen with electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle and tableware. In the attic there are 2 separate bedrooms, the first with a double bed, the second with a double bed and a balcony with seating area. On the ground floor there is a third bedroom with a double folding bed. Bathroom with shower and sink. Separate toilet. Heating of the object by electric heaters or locally by fireplace. Guests have a terrace with rattan seating and a portable grill at their disposal, in the fenced garden there is a fireplace and a swing for the children. Parking next to the object for 2 cars.

In the Highlands, nearly isolated, on the edge of the small village of Houserovka, less than 4 km south of the village of Rynárec and 9 km from the town of Pelhřimov. The cottage stands near the forest almost secluded, there is only one other cottage that is usually empty, and another closest neighbor is 300 m away. If you long for relaxation in the countryside, then this place is ideal for you. The location is an ideal starting point for trips around the area.
