Nice wooden cottage with three bedrooms with its own fenced garden. Entrance, living room connected with the kitchen. In the living room there is dining table for 5 persons, seating group (foldable to an extra bed for one person up to 18 years old), coffee table, radio and a fireplace. Kitchen with electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle and tableware. In the attic there are 2 separate bedrooms, the first with a double bed, the second with a double bed and a balcony with seating area. On the ground floor there is a third bedroom with a double folding bed. Bathroom with shower and sink. Separate toilet. Heating of the object by electric heaters or locally by fireplace. Guests have a terrace with rattan seating and a portable grill at their disposal, in the fenced garden there is a fireplace and a swing for the children. Parking next to the object for 2 cars.

In the Highlands, nearly isolated, on the edge of the small village of Houserovka, less than 4 km south of the village of Rynárec and 9 km from the town of Pelhřimov. The cottage stands near the forest almost secluded, there is only one other cottage that is usually empty, and another closest neighbor is 300 m away. If you long for relaxation in the countryside, then this place is ideal for you. The location is an ideal starting point for trips around the area. Attractions such as nearby Pelhřimov Castle, the Museum of Records and Curiosities in Pelhřimov (9 km), the Křemešník peak with a rope center and a lookout tower (13 km), Červená Řečice Chateau and Trnávka Reservoir (22 km), Kamenice nad Lipou Chateau (19 km), Jihlava Zoo (41 km), Telč Chateau (34 km), Chýnov Caves (44 km), Želivka Reservoir (24 km), the historic town of Telč (34 km), Červená Lhota Chateau (43 km), or historical town Jindřichův Hradec with castle, Aqua show and aquapark (36 km).
