Free-standing cottage, in 2009 newly built and very well equipped. Entrance, hallway, living room with sofa, dining area, satellite TV, fireplace and access to the terrace. Kitchen with electric cooker with ceramic hob and a convection oven, fridge / freezer, coffee machine, kettle and microwave owen. Bathroom with shower and toilet. In the loft there is a hallway, separate toilette and three bedrooms – the first with a double bed, the second bedroom with two single beds and the third bedroom with four single beds. There also is a common room with table and chairs, a fireplace, a bar with a pipe and a small kitchenette in the basement. Heated by a fireplace with a distribution in to the other rooms. The house stands on its own fenclecless land, there is garden furniture, wooden table and benches and garden fireplace to disposal. Own parking space for 2 cars.

Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking house. Own pier and a boat to disposal. The consumption of the electricity is included. The consumption of wood shall be paid on the spot (EUR 20,-/m3). Fee for wifi 10 EUR/week and fee for a beer stall of 20 EUR/week. Bedlinen and towels at disposal. The cottage is suitable for up to 8 persons.

In south Bohemia / Czech-moravian highlands, in a small cottage settlement with only about 12 other cottages. The settlement is located near the village Brtna, about 10 km north of the town Pelhrimov. The cottage stands on a slope at the edge of the forest by the recreational water tank Trnavka. Quiet location overlooking greenary and partly the dam. The area is ideal for swimming, fishing, hiking and cycling. You can take many variety of trips and visit many sights - such as the monastery Zeliv 3 km, castle Lipnice nad Sazavou 21 km, castle Kamen 25 km, chateau Kamenice nad Lipou 30 km, Chynovske cave 36 km, castle Choustnik 40 km, chateau Telc 44 km.
Distances: Basic food (Zeliv) 3 km, restaurant (Zeliv - plaz) 800 m, supermarket (Pelhrimov) 11 km. Swimming and water sports on the dam only 300 m, sandy beach 1 km. Fishing (permits required) 300 m, or in a pond Hadina 12 km. Outdoor and indoor swimming pool, sauna and tennis court (Pelhřimov) 11 km and (Humpolec) 12 km. Horseback riding (Litohošť) 10 km.
