Design cottage, newly built in 2025, offering the perfect combination of a stay in nature and luxurious facilities. An airy open space with a view of the treetops. The generous glass front of the cottage opens the interior towards a spacious terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast in the open air or evening relaxation at sunset. The main living room with a magnificent view of the garden has a sofa, TV, fireplace, dining table and a partially separate kitchenette with induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher. On the ground floor there is also the first bedroom with a double bed, separate toilet and bathroom with sink and walk-in shower. In the attic there are two double bedrooms, one of which has a glass view of the living area and garden. Heating by fireplace and direct heating in the bathroom. Guests have access to a terrace with outdoor seating, a large garden with mature trees and a lockable bicycle shed with the possibility of charging electric bicycles. Parking at the property for up to 3 vehicles.

Pets allowed (150 CZK/pet/night). The price of the stay includes Wi-Fi connection, bed linen, towels and electricity consumption up to 50 kWh. The final cleaning fee of 1,000 CZK is paid in advance with the amount for the stay. The last 200 m to the cottage is on a dirt road (passable by car). The accommodation is suitable for up to 6 people.

In the Vysočina, in the picturesque landscape of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands, less than 10 km south of Pelhřimov, 32 km from Jindřichův Hradec and 42 km from the Šumava Protected Landscape Area. This luxury cottage is located completely secluded, surrounded only by forests, fields and meadows, near the village of Božejov. On hot summer days, you can cool off in the local natural swimming pool, which is located only less than 100 m from the accommodation. You will definitely not make a mistake if you bring your bikes with you. The landscape has a gentle character and, especially towards the south to the Třeboň region, cyclists can enjoy pleasant cycling trails in beautiful nature between ponds and deep forests. In the area, you should not miss a visit to the Želiv Monastery (26 km), the historic town of Pelhřimov with a museum of records and curiosities (10 km), walk the Stations of the Cross in Kamenice nad Lipou (11 km), the famous Červená Lhota chateau (29 km) or Humpolec (29 km) with the church of St. Nicholas, a brewery and the nearby ruins of Orlík castle (30 km).
