A cozy brick cottage in a semi-secluded area, with a terrace and a view of the countryside. On the ground floor, a living room with a sofa, fireplace, radio, dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, capsule coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher. Bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet. In the attic, a sofa set with satellite TV and 3 separate bedrooms with double beds. Access to the balcony. Heating of the building with a fireplace. Guests have at their disposal a garden and sitting on a terrace with an awning. Possibility of storing bicycles in the garage. Parking directly in front of the building for 2 vehicles.

The cottage is located on the edge of the village of Žírec near Zdíkov, semi-secluded, near the forest, with a beautiful view of the countryside and the pond. The location of the cottage directly encourages walks in the forest, mushroom picking and recreation in a peaceful environment. In this area you can visit for example the castle in Zdíkov (3 km), the town of Vimperk with its castle (9 km), the observation tower from the former ski jumping bridge and the rope center in Zadov (9 km), the town of Strakonice (30 km) and others.
