Detached recreational house – in 2007 fully reconstructed and rebuilt. Very well furnished. Entrance, floor, living room with three-piece suite, dining table, satellite TV-set, fire stove and entrance to the balcony. Open plan kitchen with electric stove with ceramic hob and hot-flue oven, refrigerator, coffee-maker, tea-kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with a bath and a toilet. One bedroom with a double bed and second bedroom with three single beds. Heating (fire stove and electric). Garden is fenced, garden furniture, mobile barbecue and pretty sunk swimming pool 7 x 3 m at disposal. Private parking place.

In West Bohemia, at the edge of the village Horní Lhota, ca. 8 km to the south from the town Klatovy and only 40 km from the border with Germany. The chalet stands at the edge of a forest, on a gently slope, from where you can admire wonderful view of a valley and woody hills of Šumava. Very calm surrounding is ideal for hiking, cycling and making various (cultural) trips. In the surroundings there are three ruins (3, 21 and 23 km), castle Švihov 18 km, chateau Lužany 24 km and chateau and historical town Domažlice 28 km.
