Free standing cottage build in 1996. Entrance, hall, living room with a sitting suit, TV, fireplace and access to the terrace. One extra bed possible. Open kitchen with dining table for 8 persons, electric cooker, fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with bath and toilet. Another bathroom with a shower toilet and a wash basin. Upstairs is a hall with sitting and access to the balcony. Further on there are 3 bedrooms – one with a double bed, second one with one double bed and one single bed and third one with one single bed. Central heating (solid fuels). You have a garden with garden furniture and parasol, mobile grill and fire pit at disposal. For children there is a small air-swimming pool, swing and sand-pit with a slide. Own parking-site.

A beautiful view of the nature - forests, meadows and the pond Hnacovsky in the surroundings. Suitable for lovers of nature, hiking and cycling. There are many sights in the vicinity, e. g. castle Zelena Hora by the town Nepomuk 23 km, the chateau Blatna 42 km, castle-ruins Prachen-Velke Hydcice 21 km, castle Rabi 18 km, the historical town of Klatovy 16 km, kastle Kašperk 36 km, kastle Velhartice 14 km, and more.
